What are your shirts made of and how's it going to fit?

Our designs are printed on 4.3-ounce, 100% ring spun combed cotton tees. The heather grey shirts are a 4.3-ounce, 90/10 ring spun combed cotton/poly.  

CARE INTRUCTIONS: Machine wash cold with like colors. Dry on low. Do not iron.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns/exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, if 30 days have gone by since your purchase we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

To return your product, mail your product to: P.O. Box 460, Ferndale WA 98248. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping costs will not be included in your refund.  If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Sorry but gift cards, clearance merchandise, and worn or washed merchandise is not returnable.

 

When will my order ship?

We ship within 3-4 business days of your order being placed. If the item(s) you purchased are out-of-stock, you will receive an email letting you know when to expect it...however, we are rarely more than a week out on back-orders. All of the items in your order will ship when your back ordered item becomes available.

 

What items are non-returnable?

Clearance merchandise
Worn and washed merchandise

 

My item arrived damaged or is defective.

If one of the items in your order arrived damaged or you feel it is defective, please send us an email with a description of the problem, photo of your item, and the order number to info@glassbangers.com within 30 days of your original purchase. Someone will get back to you as soon as possible to address the issue.

 

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently we only ship within the United States.

 

Do you offer group/bulk discounts?

Yes, if you are ordering 12 or more shirts for one address, please email us at info@glassbangers.com for bulk pricing and combined shipping.

 

Do you wholesale to retailers?

No, we do not offer wholesale to retailers. We started Glass Bangers to serve real hockey fans, and we want to work directly with all of our customers to offer the best service and experience possible.

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or PayPal.
