What are your shirts and hoodies like and what size should I order?
UNISEX TEES - All solid colors are lightweight, premium 100% ringspun cotton tees. All heather colors are a polyester & cotton blend.
KIDS TEES - All solid colors are mid-weight, 100% cotton tees. All heather colors are a polyester & cotton blend.
HOODIES - All hoodies are mid-weight, polyester & cotton blends.
Depending on your monitor's settings, actual shirt colors may differ slightly from what you see on your screen.
Before placing your order please view our size chart below. Please note, because all of our products are made to order we are not able to offer returns or exchanges. If in doubt, please order one size larger.
Can I cancel my order?
If you made a mistake and would like to cancel your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. We try to get your shirts printed as soon as possible, so once your order is in production we can no longer cancel your order.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because all of our products are made to order we are not able to offer returns or exchanges. Before placing your order please view our size chart above. If in doubt, please order one size larger.
What should I do if my item arrived damaged or is defective?
If your item arrives damaged or defective we will replace that item at no charge to you. Just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with an explanation and photo of the issue and we will make sure it gets taken care of.
How should I care for my new shirts?
Our shirts should be machine-washed cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors. Do not bleach or dry clean. You can tumble-dry on a low cycle, but hang-dry works best. Do not iron the print.
Do you offer group discounts?
If you are ordering 12 or more shirts for one address, please contact us and we would be glad to help you out with a discount code.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently we only ship within the United States.
Do you wholesale to retailers?
No, we do not offer wholesale to retailers. We started Glass Bangers to personally serve hockey fans, and we want to work directly with all of our customers to offer the best service and experience possible.
