Patrick Kane became just the second American born NHL player to win the Hart Memorial Trophy and this week's NHL Awards. After his incredible season with the Chicago Blackhawks, it didn't come as too much of a surprise. The only thing missing this season was a Stanley Cup win.
In honor of 2015-16's MVP and one of the USA's best...we bring to you a few of our favorite "Kaner" moments.
2010 Stanley Cup Winner:
The only thing that stopped this from being Kane's best moment is the fact that there was confusion as to whether the puck actually went in or not.
2011 Shootout goal against the Minnesota Wild:
Not sure if this was extremely easy or extremely hard. Regardless, it doesn't look like Patrick Kane had any trouble handling it.
Kaner and John Scott Drop Gloves at All-Star Game:
Who could forget the week that was John Scott's? Not sure if we will ever see an All-Star Game quite like that ever again, but thankfully we have memories like this one to go back to.
2013 Hat Trick against the Los Angeles Kings:
There are plenty of hat tricks to choose from in Kane's career, but we chose this one to represent them all.
His First Full Day with Lord Stanley:
It would be the first of three in his career so far. This video follows Patrick Kane and his first time bringing the Cup back to his hometown of Buffalo, NY.
